Satellite Internet - Cancellation Policy

Termination:
If you cancel your order before installation, you will not be charged.

If you cancel service within 30 days of activation:

Home, Pro, and ProPlus subscribers may return the modem and outdoor transmitter to HughesNet for
a refund. Once this equipment has been received by HughesNet, you will be refunded a total of
$200. HughesNet will provide packaging and instructions on how to de-install and return the
equipment. Returned equipment must be in good condition. You will not receive a refund for
installation charges, DIRECTV upgrade kits, or other fees. You are not required to return, and
HughesNet is not obligated to de-install, the antenna, mount or any cables. If you elect to have the
complete system or the antenna, mount and any cables professionally de-installed you will be
charged $100.

Small Office and Business Internet subscribers may return the modem and outdoor transmitter to
HughesNet for a refund. Once this equipment has been received by HughesNet, you will be refunded
a total of $300. HughesNet will provide packaging and instructions on how to de-install and return

24-month commitment:

Home, Pro, and ProPlus subscribers will be charged a $300 Service Termination Fee. HughesNet
equipment may not be returned for a refund after 30 days.

Small Office and Business Internet subscribers will be charged a $300 Service Termination Fee.
